Best shop in San Diego, hands down. Terrific service, experience, and pricing integrity. If you appreciate a well maintained vehicle this is the spot!! The OMS Team is awesome, my M3 is a lightly driven street car; with performance track emphasis which we take part in at least 6 weekends a year. The OMS crew has been providing me with service on my E46 M3 for over 6 years now. I have asked them for help in adding enhancements to my car for better handling and performance. I drive nearly an hour to visit OMS simply because they’re the best. It’s tough finding a shop you trust, especially with European cars. I unfortunately needed a new transmission a few months back due to a reverse synchro failure. They felt my pain and really did extensive inspections to see if it was repairable, some on Neil’s dime, before buying a whole new unit. They’re honest experts I’d recommend to anyone! Easily the best automotive shop I’ve ever been to! Their customer service is unparalleled, and their communication is top tier. Their vehicle inspection give you a list of everything that could or needs to fixed on your car classified by how urgent the issue is. You can go through that list and approve or deny the repairs that have been recommended. They will also gladly walk you through the list and help determine whether something is priority, or whether it can wait until a later date. They will wash and detail your car during the service, and they will leave a handwritten thank you note on the dashboard. It’s the attention to detail that makes this shop and every one of its employees stand head and shoulders above the competition.
