The team at OMS *rocks* so hard.... Was thrilled to discover them years ago, and they just keep getting better. The team that works on your vehicle needs to be trustworthy most of all, and competent, but also easy to work with. OMS not only knocks it out of the park on all counts, but to top it off, they're very mindful of the work, making it all very transparent. You know what's developing as an issue -- but is nowhere near unsafe -- and what is getting closer to needing attention. You also know well in advance roughly how much something will cost to fix, making it easier to plan for. Really an amazing team. I could not be happier.

I had my late wife's 2007 BMW 750Li repaired. It had sat for a long time and needed a lot of repairs. Craig and the entire team went out of their way to ensure it was running great. I loved my wife and this was really all I had left to remember her daily.

I HIGHLY recommend taking your car in, speaking as the biggest non car person out there, they give you honest opinions of what needs to be done without feeling taken advantage of. I know NOTHING about my Audi other than routine oil changes, and the fact they specialize in German cars gives me massive relief just dropping it off knowing it's in good hands. They explain everything in a very simple format so I can understand logistics of what's going on and are VERY fair with standard and premium quotes, and don't shame you one bit if you opt for different services, they're great. The camaraderie of the staff is fantastic and you can tell they get along well and are still incredibly professional and BONUS are car enthusiasts so you know they care about your car. The texting system and online reviewable quotes are awesome because who likes talking on the phone anymore :)

If you own a MINI Cooper or any European car and youre in the San Diego area, this is the to go place. Was looking online for a shop to service my mini cooper and just randomly chose this shop, and they turned out to be amazing. Told me every thing that was wrong with the car and showed me pictures. All my questions were answered without any type of hesitation, unlike the MINI dealership. Very friendly and welcoming people too. Would recommend 11/10

Great customer service and quick turn around with repairs/maintenance. You can tell there's an awesome work culture between the whole team at OMS and I can say with certainty that they genuinely care about their customers and customers' cars. Will definitely come back again.
