I value the customer service that I receive. But, I like that my car is well taken care by the technician. I also like the detailed information that I get when the car is serviced, so that I am aware of future maintenance to lower the chances of mechanical breakdowns before they happen. I get an explanation by video, picture or and paper, and did I mention how patient they are with all the questions that I have? They did a superb job on fixing the heater core to my car, as well as that annoying sound from the vent, that the dealership told me it was normal... it was not a normal thing. I'm happy that the staff and especially the technician took me serious and resolved the issue by fixing it. And just like that, I take my car for the oil changes instead of the dealership. Euro cars are there thing, but, they took in my Camaro and adopted it into their little family. Thank you guys! Shout out to Christian, Nathan and my new BFF, Craig! :) Maybe one day I'll race OMS, on the track! Just kidding, I won't race them, I'll stick to my 20mph average speed. :)
