If you love Parts, like really love Parts, organizing Parts, unpacking parts, playing with Parts, repackaging Parts, looking up parts, billing parts, taking pictures with parts, having long intimate conversations with parts, sending parts off to an awesome but sometimes uncertain life attached to a car, and improving parts, then this position might be a good fit for you.
Parts guy is responsible for ordering everything, estimating everything, and returning anything not needed. You have the capability to make every job run smoothly and you have the capability to make every job turn into a shitshow – so it’s important you care about quality and have a decent attention to detail.
Experience is cool but really all we need is passion and some basic computer skills. We’ll teach you everything you need to succeed here but you’ve got to be ready to commit to learning the right way. Any employee that’s ever lasted here has made their position irreplaceable – filling a position doesn’t happen here, taking a position to the next level is mandatory.
